An exclusive four-hands collaboration featuring Executive Chefs Teerathep "Tor" Tishabhiromya from EKKALUCK and Attapol "X" Thangthong from Praya Kitchen.
Embark on a heartfelt culinary journey with Taste of Childhood Memories, where Chef Tor presents comforting dishes such as herb-marinated minced pork (Moo Sub Thord Sa-mun Prai), steamed river fish in red curry (Hor Mok Pla Chon), and a modern twist on shrimp paste fried rice (Khao Pad Nam Prik Ka-pi Pla Too). Chef X will share his award-winning crab & pumpkin soup (Gaeng Liang), two rich versions of massaman curry with beef short rib and lamb shank, and nostalgic mango sticky rice (Khao Niew Ma-muang) made with sweet Ok Rong mangoes from his hometown.
